An order is a customer's completed request to purchase one or more products or services from your business. In CloudOnex Business Suite, An order is created when your customer completes the checkout process from the client portal, checkout the video on the next tutorial how it works.

When a customer buys something from customer panel / frontend or using API or custom business suite plugins, it appears as a new order in the Orders page of Business suite.

Order Properties

  • Order Number: On every order, a unique 10 digit random order number will be generated.
  • You can set an Activation message for every order. For example, if you are selling digital items, you can set details guide, getting started guide here.
