We are pleased to launch Business Suite V10.
The core engine is fully rewritten. It’s now ultra-fast and ready to take your business to the next era.
We rewrote the entire application, but all the core features shaped by 11 years of experience remain the same.
The Business suite was originally published on 23 October, 2015, and it is one of the best-selling software options when you need business management software and want to install it on your own infrastructure.
The installation is the same as before. You just upload the zip file, browse the URL, click Next, Next, and installation is done!
We also improved all the features and all core modules.
CRM
CRM now has robust campaigns and sequences. We also improved the Leads. Leads also have a better view. You can manage the full lifecycle of a Lead. You can upload files, take notes, record follow-ups and more.
Contacts now have a map view. We also modernised the customer view.
We also improved Customers and Suppliers.
Support
Client support also got huge improvements. It integrates with AI. You can use any model using OpenRouter.
Work
A new work module has been added. It has Calendar, Projects, Tasks, Timesheet, Contracts, Files, Notes and Vault.
HR
HR gets a huge update. It has everything you need. Attendance and leave management, Expense management. You can even manage your recruitment directly using the HR module.
It includes Payroll, policies, and training, so you can manage your whole team from a robust, integrated suite.
Sales
Invoices, quotes, credit notes, subscriptions everything has been improved. Invoices are one of the most used and loved modules in the legacy system. We modernised it; it now loads faster, has more options and has a better UI & UX. Under Sales, we also improved other features.
Inventory
It now fully features inventory management. Of course, if your business is digital, or if you do not track inventory, you can turn it off in the Settings.
Accounting
One of the most requested features was a double-entry accounting system. Accounting is now a double-entry-based system and compliant. We have also added Accounting reports like P&L reports, Balance sheet, Cash flow, Trial balance, GL and more.
Plugin System
The plugin system is more robust. You can use your favourite AI to build/modify plugins. You can make a robust app and customise it based on your requirements using plugins.
This is a paid upgrade for existing users. For all existing users, the update cost is $49, which includes 1 year of support and updates. The license is still lifetime; it will not stop working after 1 year. The code is still open.
We've also updated the demo to the New version.
If you purchased the Business Suite within the last 1 year, it’s a free upgrade. You can get the update from the client portal.
