In the world of business, staying ahead of the competition means leveraging the latest technologies to streamline processes, improve decision-making, and enhance customer experiences.

Business suite 8.5.0 now comes with OpenAI integrations. After updating, you will find a new setting widget to put the OpenAI API key under Settings -> General Settings.

After adding the API key, you will see a new button to draft a reply using AI when replying to a support ticket.
